Dr. Mike Sanders
Dr. Mike Sanders is a native to Omaha. He attended high school at Millard West High School where he participated in Football, Basketball and Track (hurdles). He then went on to major in biology and chemistry at Midland Lutheran College in Fremont, Ne. At Midland he was a part of the Men's Basketball team and a member of blue-key honor society. Mike then studied dentistry at the University of Nebraska Medicine College of Dentistry. He was a graduate of the 2014 UNMC class and has been practicing in Omaha since that time.

Dr. Sanders focuses on dentistry for the whole family. He has attended courses all over the country from the nations best educators and spent countless hours continuing to learn new ways to treat your family in a comfortable and predictable manner. A few focus areas of his are dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, emergency dental care and adult orthodontics.
While away from the office, Mike enjoys time with his family. During the warmer months you can find the Sanders out at the lake or maybe even camping. Dr. Sanders has three children Anthony, Aubrey and Addison and he can't wait to tell you all about them.
Dr. Mitchell Rork
Dr. Mitchell Rork comes to us from Council Bluffs, Iowa. He grew up on a farm outside of
Horton, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with bachelor’s degree in biology. He went on to obtain his doctor of dental surgery (D.D.S.) degree from Creighton University. Dr. Rork has worked in private practice since graduating dental school and is excited to now be a part of the Sanders Family Dental team. Besides enjoying teeth, Mitch loves traveling. His hobbies include being active outdoors, spending time with friends and family, and trying new, local restaurants in the Omaha area. If you have any suggestions for a good Saturday brunch spot, he would love to hear them. Dr. Rork likes iced coffee, cheering on the Wildcats and Kansas City Chiefs, but most importantly, Mitch adores spending time with his two-year-old black lab, Hunter. You will probably find them out walking on a trail or playing fetch at a local dog park.
Dr. Rork has been told by patients he has a very calming personality. They enjoy his gentle touch and he wants you to know he is here to work with you through all your dental fears. He enjoys many aspects of general dentistry including basic cleanings and checkups to routine fillings and cosmetic dentistry. He stays up-to-date with current practices and the latest technology by completing state of the art continuing education courses. Dr. Rork is looking forward to partnering with you for many years to come to achieve your oral healthcare goals.

Lexie
Treatment coordinator
Owner of three dogs, a contagious smile, and a positive attitude. Lexie will be there to help you get your treatment scheduled, and answer any payment questions you may have.
She is originally from Fremont, Ne and joined our team in 2018. One of her favorite things to do is hang out with her husband and pups at home and watch a movie.
Jodi
Office Manager
A contagious smile is one quality of Jodi that can't be missed. She has a way of even smiling through the phone. Jodi is Sanders Family Dental's office manager and she will help guide you through your care and make sure that all your financial needs are met. She will work wonders to make sure we meet your needs with your schedule too! She is also a dental insurance wiz, which can be the most challenging part of your treatment.

In her free time, she enjoys spoiling her grandsons Patrick and Sam. She also enjoys a good book and spending time with family and friends.

Marissa
Insurance Coordinator
Marissa joined our team in 2024. She handles most of the dental insurance verifications for you. At Sanders Family Dental, we strive to make every aspect of your visit super easy and predictable. Marissa is responsible for making most of this happen.

She has a great work ethic and strives to help meet and exceed our patients' expectations. We really enjoy having her as part of our group.
Kerry
Scheduling Coordinator
Kerry brings with her years of experience in scheduling and knows how to utilize your time as efficiently as possible. She will be the first person you see when you come to your appointment and her sense of humor is second to non. We know you will love getting to know Kerry and you will actually enjoy when she calls you to get you scheduled for your visit.

When Kerry is not making us laugh in the office, you can find her out at the lake or maybe even in the tractor working on the farm. Her husband and son are Omaha firefighters and she has another son who plays football at Hastings.
Kate
Registered Dental Hygienist
Kate is one of our amazing dental hygienists. She has a very gentle touch and uses her awesome personality to ensure that you have a stress-free cleaning. She is a native of Iowa and has a great passion for continued learning. She works closely with Dr. Sanders' practice philosophy and will treat you like family. You will not regret getting to know Kate!

When she is away from the office, she enjoys time with her husband in the outdoors and spending time with her family. You might find her at their cabin on the river during the weekends.
Mechele
Registered Dental Hygienist
Mechele started with Sanders Family Dental in 2019. She moved from North Platte and brings with her nearly 25 years of dental experience. Mechele is a very friendly dental hygienist and does an amazing job with all ages.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and spoiling her grandchildren. She also is a personal trainer and yes, she loves her dogs too!
Megan
Registered Dental Hygienist
Megan started at Sanders Family Dental in 2021. She has a passion for going above and beyond to make your experience at Sanders Family Dental one you won't forget.
In her free time, she loves exercising, reading a good book, enjoying warm, sunny weather & being around the people she loves the most. She was born and raised in Bennington.

Amber
Registered Dental Hygienist
Amber started with Sanders Family Dental in 2023. She lives right by the office and loves taking care of entire families. Amber has been a dental hygienist for 7 years and loves learning new techniques to make her cleaning experience above the rest.
When she is not in the office, you can find her spending time with her family. Amber enjoys the beach for vacation and is looking forward to getting to know you and your family.

Brooke started with Sanders Family Dental in 2024. She brings with her a fun personality and beaming smile. Brooke, enjoys watching her children compete in sports and enjoys snow skiing.
Ashley
Dental Assistant
Ashley joined our team in 2021 and is originally from Omaha. "I enjoy assisting because I get to interact with amazing people, and I learn something new every day."
When she is not at the office she enjoys working out, playing with her dog, and traveling with her fiancé.
Jamie
Dental Assistant
Jamie joined are team in 2025. She helps coordinate our Invisalign patients and helps with new patient records. Jamie is a fun, energetic person that we are excited to have on the team!
